What can you design for us?

We are comfortable with any type of design work. Let it be a website landing page or a detailed branding identity. Here are few of the most common services we do:

  • UI & UX design (web and app interface, wireframes, etc)
  • Motion design (screen transitions, animated icons, etc)

How much does it cost?

The best way to get a quote is to start a new project and send us some of your project requirements. However, the entire project is usually ongoing, so it doesn't have a fixed cost. Instead it's divided in smaller tasks. Each task's cost is calculated depending on the difficulty of the execution (time + creative skill), type of work (UI work, illustration work, UX work, etc) and urgency. As an example, a basic About Us page would be in a range of $300 and a complex About Us page with multiple illustrations and sections would be closer to a range of $600. The total cost depends on your requirements and the vision you want us to execute.

How long does it take to finish the task?

Our team starts working on your tasks the same day and usually deliver designs to you the next day. This can vary depending on the scope of your request. For example designing a completely new screen as a part of your web app can take longer than creating new cover photos for your social media. The good news is that we always show you the hourly ETA of the new design update so you can manage your expectations.

What do I need before we get started?

All we need is to show us around your product and enlighten us with your vision and future objectives. It can help to list down few of your competitors and some inspirations so we know in what direction we’ll be moving. If you have an existing brand, you should share your brand resources, so we can stay on-brand and consistent throughout our collaboration. Most importantly, you should know what you’re looking for, because we can’t create successful results without you knowing where you’re headed.

What kind of files do you deliver?

We deliver SKETCH (Sketch) or PSD (Photoshop) source files with vector assets. It’s up to you to choose which one you prefer. By default we deliver the SKETCH file and PNGs of design previews. When working on branding project, we also deliver PDF, EPS, SVG and PNG files. Source files are always synced and you can download them whenever you want.

How do I give feedback?

We give you a custom built tools for giving a valuable feedback. Our workflow allows for quick iterations, that’s why your feedback is really important to us. Once you receive our designs and you open the preview, you will be able to click and place a pin on the image. This is where you can leave some notes, requirements or simply give us some praise. After that, your dedicated designer will review the feedback and either respond or begin working on a new iteration.

How can I communicate with you?

You can send messages and discuss your project directly in your project dashboard via live chat. Your project manager is there to help you with any questions you might have.

Can I invite my teammates?

Yes, you can! Our workflow is built for collaboration. Once you’re inside your project, you will see a project team list on the top of the screen. Simply click the + button and enter your teammate’s email. That’s it - he/she will receive an invitation to your project. All projects are private, so unless you invite someone to the project, they can’t see anything.
